Cordelia is a sea witch whose powers became legendary when she saved a tribe of sea lions from a catastrophic oil spill. It is said that her daughter, Baby Neptune has inherited her powers and together they will restore the sea to its former power. Cordelia has a soft, linen body and her glossy face and fins have been hand sculpted from stone clay. She has been heavily embellished with glass beads and vintage laces and wears a removable silk-lined cap on her head.
